"My visit to Gupta Pet Shop was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff's treatment of my pet was outright abusive, involving slapping and choking. This kind of barbaric behavior is completely unacceptable and sickening. It’s clear that they have no compassion or basic decency when it comes to handling animals. I strongly warn everyone to avoid this place at all costs until they fire their current staff and implement serious changes. Gupta Pet Shop must be held accountable and should not be trusted with any animal’s care...

I initially had a good experience at Gupta Pet Shop, which led me to give them a 5-star review. However, my recent visit was so horrendous that I am compelled to change my rating to zero stars if that were possible. I visited Gupta Pet Shop for a dog bath and wash, expecting the same gentle care my dog received last time. It seems they have changed staff and their standards have plummeted. The new staff treated my dog like a stuffed toy, choking her because she wasn't cooperative. Naturally, a dog would be scared in a new environment, but their approach was brutal. They shouted at my dog louder than she was barking, and one staff member was chewing tobacco during the service. On multiple occasions, I noticed they were choking my dog so badly that she was suffocating. It was heart-wrenching to see my fur baby in such distress. To top it off, I witnessed them hitting my dog, which is absolutely unacceptable. Gupta Ji, if you can't ensure the quality of your staff, you've lost a customer in me. I won't be returning, and I believe others will follow as they learn about the abysmal treatment pets receive here.

Please don't visit... They are charging like they are best in town... Unhygienic room, you will see dirty bathroom where dogs are bathed... Even the staff is a kid they absolutely have no idea how to clean a dog... No sanitization... After every dog wash they use the same thing for other dogs... I found that in Patna options are less and hence this is the condition... Don't go for a bath especially if you have a small breed dog
