Two of my dogs recovered from serious parvovirus infection. Dr Prem was very diligent in his care. The pets are treated with care and professionally. One of the best facilities in the city.
Very bad they cut nails and hair outside even they don’t take dog in room for the cut. We give so much money and we stand out in sun. And when wind comes all hair goes in our mouth and nose which is so risky and bad for health. They should take care of this
Don't believe in him he is a very greedy person when my dog died he started talking rudely to me Dr said :- if ur dog died throw it outside ( and cut my call )
Very poor services and facilities. If you want to get rid of your pet then this is the best place coz they dont know how to handle the dogs. My Golden Retriever dog was killed here and the doctor is totally fake with fraud medical degrees. We are taking action against them....
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Pream Sharma. I made an appointment for my dog, who needed urgent attention due to an ear infection. After confirming multiple times over the phone, he kept asking us to call back or saying he wasn't available. When we arrived at the clinic around 6 PM, he was actually there, attending other pets. Despite this, he told other clients to say he wasn't available if asked, which seemed misleading. On top of that, when we asked the groomers to assist with our dog, who was a bit aggressive due to the infection, they outright refused to help. When I asked why the doctor wouldn’t see us and why the staff was being uncooperative, one of them admitted they couldn't do anything about it because they worked under him. Dr. Sharma later claimed over the phone that he was at a cultural fest, but we could see he was in the clinic the entire time. We waited for over an hour and a half for grooming and any form of treatment, but left without any help. This experience was both frustrating and upsetting, and I can't recommend this clinic based on how we were treated.
