I had a great experience with the vet service for my pet Simba. The doctor was very caring, patient, and knowledgeable. It has been great experience with Zigly so far! Staff is humble, polite and very attentive. They remember you and your kids(pets) which adds to the personalization. My kids dont feel afraid of coming here, be it my cats or my dog. Special thanks to, Pranav, Mansi and Vishal and Dr. Shivam for making it a comfortable experience for me and my kids. I went here for a medicated bath followed by sulphur treatment. Both were medications I gave them to use and told them to use in very diluted less quantities. This treatment was happening through a renowned vet in gurgaon so hence I provided the shampoo and topical solution. However, the team there applied soo much sulphur that my dogs skin burnt down. I had categorically told them not to use more than 30 ML and I am certain it was more- looking at the colour of medicine. I didnt say anything then because the symptoms didnt show immediately, But it was so bad that I had to give him an allegra and bathe him with plain water the next day immediately. Now he has to be put on steroids. Be aware folks that have dogs with sensitive skin or taking medicated baths here- the staff doesnt know how much application is ok.

Sagir did an amazing job with Cooper, it's a Shitzu. I just adopted him and he wasn’t in the best condition, but Sagir took great care of him and groomed him beautifully. He welcomed him so professionally yet with a warm, gentle touch that instantly comforted my dog. Truly grateful for the effort and love he put in.
