I rarely write reviews but had to for Dr. Pankaj and his team. I had gotten my cat neutered from his clinic - clean procedure, doctor even showed me the removed organs which is always a good practise. However, my cat tore the cone off and her sutures in two days, needing regular visits for cleaning the pus and applying fresh dressing along with anti biotic shots to combat the infection which had developed. Around the same time, I was getting a rescue kitten who had been diagnosed with mycoplasma treated at the same clinic. It was a tiring time for me. The team at the clinic knew the drill and would instantly relieve me of the babies when I would enter, taking over efficiently and then dropping me off to the waiting cab. Over time the doctor started reducing the cost of dressing and would charge me a nominal amount. He allowed us to remove the cone only once he was completely convinced about my cat's healing. The other kitten, too, is healthy now. I do understand that the responsibility of care falls on the cat's human, and the doctor was always open in discussing what other ways we could make the healing easier for the cats. For example, we discussed sedatives for my healing cat since she is a little aggressive and was also tearing her dressing off. When I was not comfortable with one suggested sedative (gabapen) we explored hemp seed oil as an alternative.

Dr Pankaj is very intelligent , super humble , always ready to help pawparents . I have 5 shitzus and from the day one we only trust Dr Pankaj . Thank you Dr you are super human , God bless you 🙌🙌

I am so grateful for Spectrum Pet Clinic and especially for the doctor here. He is extremely compassionate with my cat – he treats her like she truly matters, with so much care and gentleness. Unlike other places, he actually gives time to understand what has happened, explains everything clearly, and prescribes only what is necessary. There is no unnecessary testing, no attempt to extract money – only genuine treatment that helps. He is also very experienced and it shows. While he was attending to my cat, another dog suddenly came in who wasn’t okay. The doctor immediately rushed to him with such urgency and care, making sure the dog was safe. It was so touching to see a vet who actually cares about animals, not just as “patients” but as lives that matter. Honestly, I don’t have enough words – this kind of compassion is rare. I completely trust him with my cat’s health and feel lucky to have found this clinic. If it were possible, I would give him 10 stars instead of 5. Highly, highly recommended.

This is not a fake or paid review, I am from Meerut but I bring my pets here, in Noida, especially to Dr. Pankaj, because he is an excellent doctor. I have 5 cats and 3 of them have had surgery, 1 had been critically injured once, and the doctor of my own city couldn't treat them but Dr. Pankaj have done his treatment very seamlessly. He's also very polite and knowledgeable which makes him a great person as well. And that's it, this is my review of Spectrum clinic.
