After a lot of struggle on where to go for my Shitzu’s first grooming , I finally got to know of “Pet on Roll “… Neha very sweetly guided me and her response to my queries, over phone ,was very calming and encouraging ..& no doubt I have only good things to say about them …Had a very good experience .from on time arrival of the van to pre session detailed explanation by Avadesh , the groomer , everything was very meticulous and professionally done . Got basic grooming done for my 4 month old shitzu .Avadesh has done everything with love and patience. Really appreciate & I am a customer for life and so is Zulfi 😊

It was a great experience. The guys handled my dog with love and care. They were very detail oriented and really made an effort to make sure my dog was comfortable throughout.

I would rate it 5 stars if the charges were reasonable. Keeping that aside, my cockapoo pup has yet to get used to this process. She hate blower anywhere near her face. But, Avdhesh ji was awesome. He kept on talking and engaging her when she was trying to escape. There was a helper kid too, who was also patient. I was present inside the van the whole time, out of concern. I hope things will be same when left alone.

Thank you for the grooming service. My puppy looks clean and the coat feels soft, which I appreciate. However, I would like to share some feedback for improvement.
