It was the first time grooming session we took for our furry baby from Pampers Paw. The staff did their job too patiently and our pet was quite comfortable in their hands. They are doing good job and I recommend their services !!

I booked an appointment for my pet this past Sunday. On Monday, I received a message saying you were unavailable, but I have been calling since yesterday and haven't received any response. This is extremely unprofessional. You should at least inform your clients so they can make arrangement elsewhere, as it’s nearly impossible to get same-day appointments. Please show some concern for your client.
