Wouldn’t suggest this for emergencies and good service. My vet suggested this clinic for ultrasound and x ray and after taking prior appointment in emergency case one of the staff member named ANKITA TRIPATHI- gave us the time 12 pm for ultrasound and 11 am for x ray and sugar test as each would take 20 minutes. I asked this lady three for times if she is sure about coming at 11 for x-ray and sugar test, she said yes. After reaching the clinic receptionist denied the 11 am appointment and said there’s only 12 pm one. And this is the day my dog starving, puking, and agitated. We reached there on time and had to wait for 15 minutes. I called this lady asking she was the one who said to reach by 11 and we were there so why do we have to wait. This person and one of the doctor there who was going to attend our case says we have an emergency and can’t deal with us right now. They could have handled this with just informing us that there will be a delay but no. We went to another clinic to do the said tests and this lady- Ankita Tripathi kept calling and interrupting the procedure. Why waste someone’s time like this? That too when the condition isn’t good.
Pathetic reception service. The reception staff behave as if they own the place and customers are doing them a favor by coming. Zero professionalism, zero accountability—only money matters. The app shows one rate, but at the clinic they conveniently “don’t know” why it’s showing and refuse to honor it. If your own staff can’t explain your app pricing, that’s not confusion—that’s mismanagement. Feels less like a veterinary service and more like a money-making machine. Extremely disappointing customer experience.
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Vetic. I had a thoroughly unpleasant experience with Vetic yesterday, which is especially disheartening given that I have been a loyal customer for the past three years for my three pets. I called Vetic to simply confirm the availability of two medicines. What should have been a straightforward interaction turned into a prolonged and frustrating ordeal. I had to call three separate times, each call spaced roughly 30 minutes apart, repeatedly requesting to be connected with the medicines team. Despite being assured on every call that I would receive a callback within 2–5 minutes, no one reached out. My calls were handled at different times by Abhishek (3:00 PM), Tariq (3:30 PM), and Om (from 4:00 PM onwards). Only after persistent follow-ups did I finally receive a call from Kuldeep Pal at 6:30 PM. By then, I was informed that deliveries close at 6:30 PM and that no deliveries are made thereafter. After explaining the urgency and requesting some consideration, he agreed to proceed and asked for my address. However, things took a more concerning turn when the medicine, priced at ₹277, was invoiced via Razorpay for ₹390. When I questioned the discrepancy, there was no explanation or response. Left with no clarity and no delivery, I had no option but to wait until today and source the medication elsewhere, which could have been avoided entirely with basic responsiveness and transparency. This experience has severely eroded my trust in Vetic. I will be reconsidering future visits and will also be sharing this experience with fellow pet parents in my circle. Truly disappointed.
Worst experience. No proper hygiene. Cockroaches were all over where we admitted our dog. No doctor was available at night. No proper treatment they were clueless . Doctor refused to give his number in case of emergency. When we asked at reception and went at night they said doctor is now off duty so we won’t call him. And no one else was there who could tell us what’s happening with our poor baby. Highly disappointed. Won’t recommend Vetic. Owner needs to take some strict actions against staff. No mattress cover was there. Bad bad experience
We had a critical emergency with our Persian cat, Aloo, who suddenly developed ARDS and was unable to breathe without oxygen. We brought him to Vetic around 1:00 AM, where he was promptly placed on oxygen and stabilized. Unfortunately, his condition worsened again with seizures while we were on our way home, and we immediately rushed him back. Aloo was re-admitted in critical condition and remained on continuous oxygen support with 24-hour monitoring for three days. The emergency and night shift teams were extremely attentive and did everything possible to provide the required treatment. We also deeply appreciated the humane gesture of allowing a family member to stay during this difficult time until he was stable. It has now been 10 days since discharge, and during his follow-up visit, all parameters were within the normal range and his prognosis was good. Special thanks to Dr. Racharla and the entire night shift team for their professionalism, dedication, and compassionate care. We are truly grateful to the team at Vetic for helping Aloo recover.
