Always have a great experience with Heads Up for Tails.. They are truly alot trust worthy and provide a great support all the time to the customers. I had multiple incidents when all of a sudden I needed few stuff on an urgent basis and not to my surprise their team heare goes above and beyond to deliver the same...Even if the requested item is not available at their store...they make sure to get it delivered to you from any other stores wherever the product is available.. That one time when I suddenly needed lactol for the new born puppies and diapers for my pet...and it wasn't available at their store...they got it delivered to me within 2 hrs...seeing the urgency..of the situation and even then they called to confirm if I received it or not. Thanks alot for Always being so supportive and providing such an amazing service to everyone.

I recently picked up Huft Sara’s wholesome food from Heads Up For Tails at Gulshan One29, and I must say – it was a fantastic experience! The food is of top-notch quality, and my bruno absolutely loved it. he’s usually a picky eater, but he finished his bowl in no time, and her energy levels have been great ever since. A big shoutout to Sandeep Negi,who assisted me at the store. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and guided me patiently through the options. He genuinely cared about finding the right food for Bruno, now they both are friends and that personal touch made all the difference. Highly recommend both the product and the service. Whilst I'm a regular customer of HUFT and I do like their products, I'm totally disappointed with the service at the Noida Gulshan store. I requested to get the items gift wrapped and I was told that they dont have the facility. I requested to get it gift wrapped from somewhere else and was willing to pay extra for it still all I got was the excuses. Its Christmas time. I always get a delightful experience at GK2 branch and so there's clearly a difference in Customer Service. I don't think I will ever go back to the Noida HUFT store

Heads up for tails is an amazing pet shop specially Gulshan One29 store. Excellent customer service. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The product quality is consistently good, prices are fair, and the store is kept very clean. I’ve visited multiple times and always had a smooth and satisfying experience.
