Chloe usually gets a little nervous during grooming, but this time she was completely comfortable and at ease. Her coat looks shiny, soft, and beautifully trimmed. They paid attention to every detail—from her paws to her ears—and made sure she looked absolutely adorable. I truly appreciate the love and professionalism they showed. Extremely disappointed with the service here. This place is unprofessional, unhygienic, and overpriced for the 'amateur' quality they provide. I was told the owner’s wife is the one with the actual expertise, yet she wasn't even there. If the only qualified person is absent, they should not be accepting appointments. Instead, my dog was left with staff who are clearly still in a 'learning phase.' They didn't even have proper grooming scissors to perform a basic cut. The result? The tail looks completely unprofessional—honestly, I could have done a better job at home with kitchen scissors. It looks nothing like a professional salon cut, despite them charging 1500. To make matters worse, the staff has no idea how to handle dogs. They kept blaming my dog for 'not cooperating,' which is a total excuse considering we get our dog groomed regularly without issues. Professionals should know how to manage pets. On top of that, the shop is shady and lacks basic cleanliness. Save your money and take your pet somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing.
