Excellent service . Glad to have a place where I can leave my pet and worries behind for days . Highly recommended place.
I have dropped Muffin here three times earlier and never faced any such issue. During his last visit, Muffin happily went inside and started playing with his Beagle friend. While playing, the caretaker tried to separate him from the other dogs, at which point Muffin bit him (as seen in the video clip). This incident occurred around 3:25 PM. About two and a half hours later, Muffin went and sat near the gate, possibly waiting for us. At that time, the caretaker struck him with his leg twice and then threw a leash around his neck, pulling him forcefully at high speed. When we called the caretaker regarding this, he casually dismissed it, saying nothing had happened. Later, when we spoke to the owner, she explained that Muffin’s behavior was unusual and that he had been aggressive. We acknowledged that Muffin’s bite was instinctive and unacceptable, but we also believe the caretaker’s actions, taken hours after the incident, were equally wrong. Muffin is a 1.5-year-old Beagle, small in size and usually very friendly. In such a situation, instead of reacting harshly, the caretaker could have simply informed us and asked us to pick him up. We had trusted this place to be the perfect stay for our little boy, but sadly, this experience has left us very disappointed.

Sharing a quick review for anyone looking for dog boarding recommendations. Bumzee just stayed for 2 weeks ,his first long stay after a very bad experience elsewhere last year. I won’t name that place because my intention is not to shame anyone. But I do want to appreciate and acknowledge Rinky and her amazing team at Watch Dog.They were excellent with Bumzee. He was happy, relaxed, well cared for, and came home his joyful self. As a pet parent, that peace of mind means everything. Highly recommend them. 🐾❤️
