Pawfect Retreat Noida is a perfect daycare for dogs. Shilpi, the owner keeps all pets like her own baby. Tplot has an open space where 🐕 love spending time. Neat and tidy place. My dogs stay happy with her. She is a true dog lover and we are super tension free when our dogs are around her ❤️ ♥️ 💖. All my hear for this dog day care🙏
Pawfect Retreat is a wonderful pet boarding who takes excellent care of our furry troop! Right off the bat when we first met Shilpi (Owner) we got an excellent first impression. I had an absolutely horrifying experience with Pawfect in Noida Sector 128 and would never recommend this place to any pet parent. When I went to pick up my golden retriever after a 3-day stay, I found him in an appalling condition. He was kept locked in a filthy kennel covered in urine and feces. His fur was wet, and he reeked of urine. To make matters worse, the moment I brought him outside, he urinated and passed stool again — this time with traces of blood. This clearly indicates a complete lack of hygiene, care, and monitoring during his stay. Instead of taking responsibility, the attendants casually claimed “he must’ve done it himself.” The owner later tried to brush the situation off by asking for forgiveness and even went as far as saying that my dog is “aggressive.” My dog has never shown signs of aggression at home — clearly, this was an excuse to cover up their own negligence. No pet should ever be subjected to such neglect and unhygienic conditions. Pawfect not only failed to deliver basic care but also displayed zero accountability. If you truly love and care for your pet, I strongly advise against leaving them here.
