Today we visited for grooming of our cat. Experience was very very much bad and pathetic. The inexperienced staff deployed there who ruthlessly performed. I never ever recomend anyone who loves their pet to visit this shop.

They are very unprofessional. The clinic is cruel and a nightmare for cats. Unprofessional persons ...do not know how to bath cats and treat them. Never bring ur cat to this clinic, otherwise like my cat ,your cat will suffer with fever, and anxiety, fear. I request all you pet loving parents don't come to this clinic. 🙏 It's a trauma to see how roughly these people treat your cats. I 😭.

I have brought my dog , the cleaner was very vigilant and experienced, Handel my Oreo in a well mannered way . Staff is also very nice and their cleanliness is top notch . Special thanks to Komal ma’am she is very humble and sweet.
