Visited today for Oreo’s hair grooming and I’m so happy with the experience! The staff was gentle, caring, and made Oreo feel super comfortable. He looks absolutely adorable and well-groomed. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur baby!

There are numerous good reviews about this brand however the branch located in Sector 20 Noida is either a neglected one or all of these reviews and Instagram followers are fake because our puppy was severely injured. Firstly, the staff was very rude to us. We still tried to comply with them for the sake of our puppy. However, neither were they behaving well with us nor did they do so with our puppy. He was not leashed at the bathing station due to which he fell from a height of 4 feet. He fell and got injured in his private area and was bleeding. They told us he was bleeding so we demanded to check the CCTV. And we could clearly see that they didn’t even try to hold him and he was completely helpless. We rushed him to his own veterinarian thereafter, who confirmed that he had got injured externally. And what is more they weren’t even apologetic about their behaviour. I can see how shaken and terrified he is currently, so I would implore all other pet parents to refrain from such franchises and save your pets.
Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I took my dog to Vetic Clinic, Sector Noida, today only for a spa session, expecting basic care and hygiene. Instead, my dog came out bleeding, with a deep cut on his ear. What was most shocking was the complete lack of concern from the staff. They were least bothered initially and tried to dismiss the injury, as if it was insignificant. Only when I insisted did they change their stance and casually claimed that my dog has “infection all over his body,” which felt more like an excuse than a genuine assessment. If my dog truly had an infection, why was he taken for a spa in the first place? And how does an infection explain a fresh deep cut with bleeding? This experience shows gross negligence, poor handling of animals, and an alarming lack of accountability. I trusted them with my pet’s safety, and that trust was completely broken. I would strongly advise pet parents to think twice before leaving their pets here, even for something as basic as grooming or spa services.
