My pet finds the place positive and is always excited to visit for grooming. The groomer has been. handling him for last many visits hence knows how to take care of my pet. Service quality is good. Product variety is large. It is also heartening to find a community dog always there out side the store sleeping or resting comfortably. This is also one of the reason I feel frequenting the store coz of the humane touch.

I have been ordering from this branch for years now and I can tell you they never disappoint. The staff is always proactively available in-person, on-call and even on WhatsApp messages - they have helped me really spoil my little brat, Skipper. From the spa, to the toys, his bed, leashes, we are full on HUFT fam, and for a reason. I had to place some last minute orders for Skipper's birthday tomorrow, and their team was so sweet to co-ordinate and come over to deliver it quickly. The best experience!

I went in to get some dog food for a hungry, scrawny, unwell doggo (that I happen to spot), on hearing about the doggo, Priyanka and other members of HUFT they not only offered some extra food but also a bowl (all free of cost) They really went out of their way and infact told me they'll feed her and try to adjust her around the store for better care. I am really glad there are still places that actually cares about their community doggos. HUFT you have my heart.❤️
