Nothing to add to my previous reviews. They are maintaining their quality consistently. Added on 19 September 2025: I recently left my pets with them for a couple of days. We were coming back after a long time as we did not travel out for a long time. There is a new management in place, with an even more professional outlook. First they checked my pets with an air-blower. That separates their fur, and allowed them to look for mites. The grooming that we had requested for our German Shepherd was done very meticulously. Overall, the place is still improving and not resting on their laurels.

I took my siberian husky (bolt) for basic grooming and they had cut his nails so poorly that one of his finger has started to bleed. When we informed them about so, they weren’t ready to accept also they lied that their grooming team didnt even cut his nails. Few months back my dog went for boarding and he back with skin allergies. They kept my husky with a dog who already had skin allergies and was ill. VERY POOR SERVICES.

Worst experience ever , If you love your pet don’t give to them they don’t treat them good, they tie them for no reasons they torture them , even beat them with stick. They do everything wrong with them where the camera angle is not covering it and then deny to admit any of their bad behaviour. They are the worst for dog daycare . Owner is irresponsible and staff is rude and ill mannered. Don’t trust them with your pets

They have everything for cats and dogs.😍 I went for cat door and they had it from Trixy brand and at a reasonable rate of around ₹1k. Location is somewhat remote. For females, Dont go alone, Dont go during night or evening. Go by a car with someone. Males should have no problem at any time. They also have dogs there, so if you are scared of dogs, send someone else inside to buy your stuff. But the dogs are friendly so you can try going and learn to love dogs there. You can also just buy directly from their website, they deliver it through this store.

Been using xoxo's services for almost 6 years now, for daycare as well as vacation boarding. They take good care of our furbaby. She recognises the caretakers at the facility and wags her tail when she sees them. This is a major green flag for me. The best part is the cctv access. I can watch what my baby's up to when I'm away from her for a while.
