Their employees talked very rudely over phone. Just called for basic information post-consultation regarding the medicine, he started arguing that I am being rude with him and as if ive made a bad remark on him, when I literally didn't do so at all. Plus blocked me after the call. Even they charge exorbitantly high. I got a bill of 2500, in which the cost of 3 injections came out to be 700, when they were hardly costing less than 100 total. Unjustified prices, low tolerance, poor customer treatment.

Undoubtedly very reliable and trusted team. All my Cat force visits Dr. Bishnoi only, for any upkeep. He has taken some serious surgeries to next level. It’s like a breather to Us.

Sharing my own experience. Trust me it’s ONE of the best pet clinic in Noida. I only trust Dr.Bishnoi with my Joy. Ever since i have found this clinic and met Dr.Bishnoi sir all I know is my pet is in safe hands and if my pet ever face any health issue I immediately take him to Dr.Bishnoi sir. He have treated Joy several times from skin rash to ear infection and recently recovered my pet from eye injury.He is one of the most polite, helpful and generous person I know. And most importantly he treats our pet like his own and handle them with lots of care and love and so are his team members.His affection towards pets is one more reason I would definitely recommend him to every pet parent i know🙌🏻 Also no matter what the time is he is always there to help when it comes to our pet. He is there 24*7 when needed.Forever greatful to sir for being there for my pet all the time even when i am not there in the town. Also it deserves 10/10 ratings. I deeply regret trusting Dr. Vikas with my cats’ neutering. What should have been a simple, routine procedure turned into a nightmare due to his sheer incompetence and careless handling. Instead of recovery, my cats became more sick after the surgery, clearly showing a failure in post-operative care. To make matters worse, he took a lot of money with no transparency, no proper explanation, and no results. Every visit meant more injections, more medicines, and higher bills, while my cats’ condition kept deteriorating. It felt like money was the priority, not the animals’ lives. When questioned about the complications and the excessive charges, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and arrogant. There was zero empathy, zero accountability, and zero professionalism. Concerns were brushed aside instead of being addressed responsibly. Because of his negligence and greed, the entire case was spoiled and my cats suffered unnecessarily. I would strongly warn all pet parents to stay away from this clinic, especially for surgeries. This experience was traumatic, expensive, and completely avoidable.
