I had 3 bad experiences with them. Currently the hygiene of the van has deteriorated and their services and punctuality have gone for a toss. Rajju no longer works for them. I stopped getting my cat groomed from them. This was my old review - I have a very anxious cat. But Rajju from Velvett Spa gave my Momo his first luxury bath. I am really surprised how well he handled my furbaby and even cleaned his ears and clipped his nails. I am definitely gonna use their services again. Highly recommended. Thank you for bringing this service to Agra.
When we moved from Mumbai, I was concerned about finding the right groomer for my 3-year-old Chow Chow, Scooby, who is quite reserved, unfriendly and dislikes baths. Despite Scooby's unfriendly nature, Raman ensures he feels comfortable and at ease during every grooming session. Absolutely wonderful job done by Durgesh. I was rather very pleasantly surprised, my Shih Tzu is very difficult to groom. But Durgesh handles him very well. Followed my instructions word by word. Would 100% recommend.
Got my puppies’ first haircut and grooming today and we are very happy. They followed our request exactly. The staff was professional and the customer service was very efficient and helpful. Will definitely be using their services in the future
