We cannot thank Dr. Rashmi Verma enough for the exceptional care and treatment she provided to our beloved Pug, Oscar. Oscar had been suffering from a persistent skin disease for months, and after visiting several vets in Ghaziabad without success, we were feeling helpless. However, everything changed when we brought him to Dr. Rashmi Verma at Max Vet. From the very first visit, it was evident that Dr. Rashmi is not just a highly skilled veterinarian but also someone who truly cares for every animal she treats. Her compassion and dedication towards Oscar’s well-being were remarkable. She took the time to thoroughly diagnose his condition and patiently explained the treatment plan to us in detail. Took our cats to Max pets. Its a very good facility and all the doctors as well as support staff act with utmost professionalism and care. Our cats were well taken care of and a special mention of Dr Faiza, she is extremely patient, professional and forthcoming. Appreciate her consistent support.

If there was option for negative rating i would have given them a negative rating. I used to visit Maxvet Noida Secotor 50 three months ago regularly because was recommend by someone (weekly been there twice on an average for treatment, grooming etc. So, you can tell me a regular visitor). After Dr. Reshmi moved to another clinic, I never felt right there. Lack of personal touch, just too much harse professionalism. Doctors keep making quick decisions without listening to the concerns, value of life is just ignored. Pet parents please listen to your intuition - don't go by the name & reviews. I am not sure about other Maxvets across Delhi NCR but will NEVER recommend Maxvet Noida for their over aggressive treatment.

This is a great place. We’ve been here only once for my Labrador’s yearly vaccination. The staff was polite, there was no crowd. And we liked the service. It was fast too. Though the reception area is quiet small, it might get chaotic if there’s more than one dog. But you can walk your dog outside. I’ll definitely recommend this place. Finally a good and trustworthy vet clinic in Noida. After trying so many others. We usually go to the EOK branch. ( for treatment) but will go here for vaccinations now onwards 😇
