I booked my dog’s grooming appointment online through the app. Due to traffic, I informed the store in advance that I would be late. On arrival, I was told there was a glitch in the app and advised to check with the groomer about the timing. To my shock, one groomer was extremely rude—he slammed the door on my face when I simply asked how long it would take. I was then told to wait 45 minutes, which I did. The behavior and lack of professionalism from that groomer were very disappointing, especially for such a big store that only has two groomers. On the positive side, the grooming itself was done well, and the other groomer, along with the receptionist, were very kind and humble. Their polite and cooperative attitude helped balance out an otherwise upsetting experience. The store should ensure better customer handling and improve staffing to avoid such situations in the future.
