Absolutely shocking experience at Heads Up For Tails, Sector 50, Noida. I trusted them with my dog Lily for grooming, and because of their sheer carelessness, they ended up injuring her nails so badly that she was left bleeding heavily. This is completely unacceptable! When we leave our pets at a grooming spa, it is with the belief that they will be safe, cared for, and treated with love. Instead, my dog had to go through unnecessary pain and trauma because of their negligence. If you truly care about your pets, please think twice before trusting this place. The lack of professionalism and sensitivity here is appalling.

I have never had such a great experience when it comes to dogs grooming and basic services . Just beyond my expectations. The whole team was so nice , cooperative and knowledgeable which added so much to the customer experience. Well trained staff and the bestest thing is when you get a feeling from within that your pet is in safe hands . Good job guys.

A spa turned into a nightmare and sickness at HUFT. My 9-year-old, 50 kg Great Dane was left completely exhausted and panting after a horrifying experience at HUFT Sector 50 on 11th October. What should have been a 1-hour grooming and massage session turned into a 2-hour ordeal. The massage began at 11:30 a.m., and at 12:18 p.m., the staff called to say there had been a short circuit and it would take another 40 minutes. When I requested alternate arrangements at the Sector 18 spa, there was no response. I reached at 1:10 p.m., and the bath and grooming finally ended at 1:18 p.m. I was shocked by the insensitivity — no apology, no compensation, and not even the assurance that my dog was given water until I intervened. My senior dog had been standing in the bath sink or on the floor for nearly two hours. Only when I confronted the staff did the lady apologize, claiming she had “extended the massage” because of the short circuit. When asked why she didn’t call earlier, she had no answer. Incidents can happen, but the lack of empathy and basic care is unacceptable. If this had happened in a human spa, there would have been outrage and compensation. My poor dog simply stood there, helpless, until I arrived. I was told my refund for the six-session package would be processed by Wednesday and was asked for my account details. In today’s world, money transfers take minutes — yet at Ms. Rashi’s HUFT, it apparently takes 24 to 48 business hours, even after such cruelty. No compensation was offered proactively. My dog literally ran out of the place, stressed and shaken. What should have been a spa experience turned into trauma — a spa became a sickness.

I'd give 5 stars to groomers team, they did their job perfectly as usually. But, I'm always having questions to the administrators in this store ( women who are sitting at cashier). I haven't visited this sector 50 huft spa for a while and casually made appointment, but nobody of these administrators (consultants) didn't warn me in advance about relocation of this store. And also in Google old photos. And on the old address no info about where this store shifted. This is a little detail, but spoiling whole impression. Kindly update info and photos in Google and train your staff to assist to their customers.( there is history of our visits and they can check if the customer visited old address before).
