Absolutely pathetic experience. This place should not even be allowed to operate as a veterinary clinic. The doctor and staff here are beyond unprofessional, insensitive, and clearly money-minded. They do not care about your pet’s life unless you’re flashing money in their face. This is not just incompetence — it’s cruelty. Avoid this clinic at all costs if you value your pet’s life. There are many better, more humane options in NCR. Don’t risk your fur baby’s life here. SHAME on this clinic.

I’m writing this review through deep pain and disappointment after losing my beloved pet u. What should have been a place of trust and care turned into a nightmare that ended in tragedy. Not only was the treatment inadequate, but the unprofessional and insensitive behavior of the attending doctor after my pet’s death was beyond unacceptable. It’s clear to me that there was a serious lack of proper medical judgment, communication, and responsibility. I placed my full trust in this clinic, and now I’m left with heartbreak and unanswered questions. Please think twice before trusting your pet’s life to this place. No one should have to suffer the way we did.

The night shift doctor was not competent enough to identify the correct medication and there was no relief at all even after 4 injections. Also while injecting it caused too much pain to my pet who cried out loud which never happened with any other veterinarian. They call anyone an unskilled doctor just to endorst they are open 24*7 and have 0 compassion for their client and their pets.

My dog was badly neglected during his boarding at CPVet in May. He has some medical issues and I had requested in writing and verbally several times to inform me if something happened to him, small or big, and I was available 24x7 over the phone. However, he was neglected over and over again: 1. No one called me when he vomited 1st day in the boarding. 2. No one checked on him when he had severe allergic reaction and broke into hives. He could have easily gone into anaphylactic shock (as per their own doctors) and died a painful death, had I not reached in time to check on him. 3. Even after requesting help from daytime doctor for the hives, my dog was not given proper medicine to control it and when I came back at night, there wasn't much of a difference and again no one updated me on his condition but rather tried to mislead by saying my kid was alright. 4. The night time doctor was god send, he took better care of my dog, however, the doctor was misinformed by the staff that my dog was already given corticosteroid, when he wasn't. Had they correctly informed, the night time doctor would have given him the same then and there to resolve the medical emergency. 5. Furthermore, my dog's hematoma fluid got collected in his right ear and again no one checked. I noticed it when I came to pick him up Saturday and night time doctor helped treat the same. 6. One of his medicine bottle (worth 350 rupees) was broken by cpvet staff right at the beginning of his boarding which I let go because I didn't want the staff to worry about getting that money deducted from their salary but rather focus on taking good care of my kid. 7. Throughout my dog's stay, hardly any updates were shared with us. Just 8-9 seconds long video would be shared when they felt like it. 8. Even after taking him home, my kid soon started showing signs of illness and we noticed dried blood in his stools and vomit. Upon running some tests, it was determined he had bacterial infection and parasite that comes from dead animal carcass, which we haven't let him near, ever. However, it can only be deduced that either your boarding area wasn't clean or he was taken for walks in the dirtiest of surroundings. It was determined there was internal bleeding because of the bacterial infection and parasite. My poor child suffered a lot, not to mention the extensive bills paid. 9. When I raised some of these issues to the staff and owner, I was ignored by the staff at first then was advised by the owner that they have set additional guidelines for the staff as a resolution for the incident. I asked to understand more about additional guidelines however, the owner stopped replying...no response whatsoever. I'd asked beforehand if their staff could handle my kid's medical issues during boarding while I attended to my hospitalized mother. I was assured they would do it. However, I would need pay 1700 rupees per day for his boarding care instead of 1100 rupees, which again I did. I also gave detailed written instructions on how to take care of these issues but the poor kid was neglected over and over again during his stay at cpvet. I still paid the entire bill, paid for the allergic reaction treatment, plus my kid suffered more than ever. I signed multiple forms that said cpvet staff would take good care of my dog but if he died, they would not be responsible for the same. And then he was neglected most of the time to the point that he would have died had I not reached in time and gotten him help both times for his severe allergic reaction, which according to other doctors is possible if neglected or not treated in time. I'm surprised we were treated this way especially since we've been a customer for the past 5 years and have always praised your clinic and staff, as well as, recommended others to visit. It was truly a scary and disappointing experience. Please for the sake of your furry kids, stay away from this place. All these people care about is money, whether its the staff or the owner.

My experience with CP Vet Noida emergency was extremely traumatic. When I brought my pet, he was not as weak as he became later. After giving many injections and treatments, his condition became much worse. This made me question whether all those injections and medicines were really necessary. So many injections were given in a very short time, without properly explaining why each one was needed. It felt rushed and poorly explained. As a pet parent, this made me feel helpless and scared. I was told total emergency charges were ₹6500. I paid ₹4000. Oxygen was charged for 1 hour but given for only about 30 minutes. This made me feel that billing was more important than careful treatment. Later I saw in the prescription “ADV OXYGEN, IPD (admit)”, but no one clearly told me that my pet needed admission. In such a serious situation, this kind of poor communication can cost a life. The way everything was done made me feel that my pet was treated more like a “billing case” than a life that needed slow, careful and honest treatment. After reading other reviews, I realized many people have faced similar issues here—poor communication, overcharging, and careless handling. This does not look like a one-time mistake but a system problem. I hope the management seriously improves transparency, communication, and ethics. When it is about life and death, care should matter more than money.
