Well stocked and well displayed shop.I enjoyed purchasing of stuff for my dog and cat.My dog also enjoyed his shopping .Owner and staff are very cooperative and true animal lovers.

The lady at the shop is a BP patient, gets into argument over pretty things, beware to get ruined your good mood if you come across her. One star reviews are for sure victim of it. Shop is obviously overpriced. Hope you understand the option of online market, their competitive price and services in the place like noida, that also prevents interacting with people like you. May be this arrogance is due to thinking that you have monopoly in that complex that has a popular pet clinic. From time to time I do visit pet shop for treats or toys. Being nearby your shop Critter’s was a good option as you also have a good collection. Most of the time I bought extra just because I found it good. Apart from the treats my yearly expense on cat’s regular food is only ₹3K-4K a year, most of them done online these days since I cannot take the pain of unnecessary arrogance. I had a bad experience but I preferred ignoring since I wanted a treat for my cat, if you remember I had asked for 400 gm Meo Tuna cat food can that comes in ₹120 and as an alternate I went for two ₹40/- pouch. There is no atm in that complex, and hope for 120 its okay to accept card and don’t take the pain of going to atm to withdraw cash. Loading cash on paytm takes time before I could transfer you started to show your anger and asked me to go out. That’s it. And you are getting again into argument here, its not only me but even Rahul Khanna who writes you are very ill mannered. So I totally agree that are perfectly right, I won’t argue with you, nor visit your shop or reply further here. Please take care of yourself, my best wishes!

Though they have a wide variety of dog food, the lady at the cash counter is very ill mannered. She charged me Rs 2000 instead of Rs 200 when I paid by card. She returned the money but when I requested her to be more careful, she started fighting with me. It gonna visit this shop again.

I bought a lot of bones for my growing dog. I didn’t realise at the time but the packaging were flimsy and not vaccum sealed. A very senior trainer told me that the half eaten bone had fungus on it and it was dangerous to give them to my indie🐕 on speaking to the owner on the phone she seemed very welcoming to my feedback and return but when I reached her shop again to return the items that were toxic for my dog she only partially refunded me the items which cost me 1500 or more. We love treating our pets but often unethical people who have or show no compassion to humans or their pets run these places. I just gave her a piece of mind and left the partially eaten long bones for her. I haven’t ever voiced my concerns over Google but people ought to know that she is simply a business owner with poor quality foods for pets. Never going back again and I request you to avoid her at all costs as well. #animalfoodsafetymatters.
