Such a cheap and very bad pet salon Today i took my labra for a grooming session nd don't know what kind of shampoo's they used she got so much rashes nd allergies on face nd body too I would never ever suggest anyone to take you fur baby there Such a cheap pet shop They dont even have any knowledge about pets Please don't take your pet there..

I do not like this place because of untrained staffs and the unprofessional behaviour of them. I visited the place couple of days ago to buy puppy stuffs. It was raining and I was in a hurry. I asked the staffs to please give me some toys and puppy food. Even after telling them that the breed is Jack Russell Terrier, they could not understand what I am asking for. Anyway I just want to give a suggestion saying that when a shop is opened, it should have a genuine trained staffs. So that people come there and should not get stressed due to wrong information. The place should be welcoming and not a place where you would never like to go again if it's not a necessity. Hope there should be some improvement after reading the review.

Walked into Dogs & Pups Kharghar as first-time dog parents looking for a simple dog bed. Walked out wondering how a sales guy can be this rude, sarcastic, and unhelpful. Every question was met with attitude instead of answers. Honestly felt humiliated. If this is their idea of customer service, no thanks.

Well trained Grommer and very happy with the end result on my pet. However, the staff is not at all professional as they know the bath and grooming of my pet is gonna take +2hrs they didn't even bother to offer a seat to sit whole shop was accupied with stock. Stood their for hours or jumped all over the shop with a chair to sit coz they were moving stocks every minute here and there. Yes I called before the visit so it wasn't my fault they should have informed me. Actually the reciption staff doesn't even care/bother about clients of the shop.
