Had a fantastic experience at Orange Collar! We purchased a Golden Retriever puppy here and the process was seamless. The owner (Neha) was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering all our questions about the puppy’s lineage, vaccinations, and settling-in process. She took the time to make sure we were the right fit for the puppy and gave us some great tips for it's first few nights at home. The shop owner personally reached out over the next few days to check in on how the puppy was settling in. They provided excellent advice on feeding and potty training, which was so helpful during those first few nights! It’s rare to find a place that shows this much genuine care for their animals and their customers. My puppy is healthy, happy, and clearly came from a loving environment.
