Hello Pet Owners, I would like to share my very bad experience with Heads Up For Tails at Nerul /Navi Mumbai On 11th January 2026, I took a grooming appointment for my 4-month-old puppy, (Winnie ) . The grooming itself was not satisfactory, but the most serious issue appeared 2–3 days later, when we discovered many ticks on my puppy’s body. We immediately took Winnie to a veterinarian, where a spot treatment was done. The doctor also advised us to fumigate our entire flat and vacate it for 2–3 days, which was extremely stressful and inconvenient. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and concerning. I am sharing this to request fellow pet owners to be extra cautious while choosing grooming services for their pets. Please take care.
