Worst place to be at. (If you want a good environment for your pet then dont send them here) 1. Staff here not ready to cooperate and help with the tiniest request to carry and drop my dog to my car as i have 2 dogs and the area/path leading to the shop is dirty. I was carrying one dog and requested the staff person to carry another to which he outright denied. 2. They keep changing prices according to their will and wish. On my first visit they charged 800 for bath package for my doberman. On my second visit they were asking 1000 rupees citing that doberman is a vicious breed hence the extra charge and asked for 800 for the same bath package of my german shepherd. These kind of people who speak without any consideration for the pet owner’s feelings and emotions being hurt must not even operate in the pet industry at the least. 3. When i received my dog that’s a black doberman, he had white hair, dead skin flakes and dirt all over him which belonged to another husky dog being blow dried there as he was being blow dried in the same room, you can imagine the environment there that I saw. These dogs just suffer in a bathing room there where other dogs are simultaneously being blow dried / deshedded etc. Its like they're in a snow room but instead of snow there other dogs hair flying around. 4. They did not give me any bill either for the amount I paid.

We are visiting A’S Pet Salon since November for our COCO (Shitzu). Amazing grooming done for our fur baby COCO. Very caring and professional staff. You can trust them for grooming of your pets.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this has been long overdue. We have been coming to this grooming salon for over a year, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and maintain the relationship, but enough is enough. They overbook and call multiple pet parents at the same time, then keep everyone waiting for hours. The kids are left alone for long stretches, and pet parents are forced to sit around for over 3 hours while grooming is delayed. This is not only inconvenient but also shows a complete lack of care and responsibility. The team here is completely unprofessional. After so many chances, we’ve finally given up. Please don’t take your kids to such an unprofessional place — your time and your pets deserve better. Peanut!

We have been using their pet grooming services for the past 7 years for my Cocker Spaniel. Kishore and his brother both are very passionate about their work and they always take good care of your pet friends with love. Definitely one of the best pet groomers in Navi Mumbai.
