Went here today as we had found a baby sparrow with some fluid collecting in its neck and it wasn't able to fly from its nest. Since it kept falling down from its nest we were worried that it may get attacked by crows, cats etc. The doctor, I actually forgot to ask him his name was so kind. He checked the baby sparrow and prescribed multi vitamin and anti inflammation syrups. He didn't charge us any consultation fees, his reasoning being that since the sparrow wasn't our pet and that we were just helping it, he didn't want to charge us anything. It was such a nice selfless gesture on his part, to actually waive away his fees, although there isn't any such reason for him to not charge us. So I would really recommend him as the perfect doctor for anyone's pet. It shows his dedication and sense of service to animals, it says much about his motivation to work towards animal welfare rather than for monetary gains.

Desperate, we went there at 2:00 AM, but it turned out to be just a house in a residential area with no clinic signs.Despite knocking and calling multiple times, no one responded. We had to return home with our cat's condition worsening. This place falsely advertises as a 24/7 hospital and should not be trusted.
