Called them to order meo and kitty yums cat food... But the person on call was talking with so much attitude and arrogance... It was like she was doing a favor... Hated it...

The good man Nerul service is too bad Whenever I ordered from them, they never delivered the correct product. Either they deliver the less packet or some misCalculation in the bill. Today I ordered at 12 PM and told him to deliver me in next 3-4 hours at least Which they agreed, and it's almost 9 PM. The delivery boy came with incomplete item and when I called they are like delivery Boy is in Vashi so when he's coming back, that time we will send. When I shouted on the person who attend the call, because since morning, there is a reception girl Called 3-4 times just to confirm the items, and then also sent incomplete and wrong. And the guy was saying all the bad things about the customer that we demand so much and very fast delivery. So when I told him, I will put the review about it. He said we will reply you. He was so bad and not Customer friendly at all, very bad, very worst experience. They are very unprofessional.
It's good that they deliver to your place and all but I ordered kitten milk replacement from here made the payment and everything. I told them it was urgent. They told me they have booked wefast. After more than 3 hrs when i didn't receive I called them up again they said they were waiting for a person to deliver as there was separate charges for delivery or something. What upset me they never cared to inform despite telling that it was urgent. There was no point receiving them after the new borns have died. And when I spoke to the manager he was getting defensive instead of understanding the issue. Very insensitive
