I recently purchased a kitten from this shop, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Upon adoption, the kitten was in an unclean condition. The staff explained that they do not bathe kittens for the first three months, and I accepted this explanation. However, I was also informed that the kitten was passing stool 4 to 5 times a day, which they assured me was normal and would improve over time. After bringing the kitten home, it became evident that the kitten was unwell. Despite their claims, they sold me a sick pet, and I have since had to take the kitten for daily veterinary visits, ongoing medications, and now even an ultrasound, as recommended by the doctor. Selling an unhealthy animal without full disclosure is unethical and unfair to pet owners, who become emotionally invested in their pets. It is incredibly distressing to watch a beloved pet suffer due to undisclosed health issues. I strongly advise others to be cautious and think twice before purchasing a pet from this shop. Transparency about an animal’s health is essential, and no one should have to go through such an ordeal after adoption.
