Extremely insensitive used to be excellent however with the recent interactions I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Would not recommend them even to an enemy. Was actually going to leave the feedback here however the arrogance and tonality in the reply compelled me to edit/update the details of the event. I have never disrespected others pets and pet parents priorities and needs. Today when my pet jumped off the window and hurt himself.. I reached out to you for immediate medical attention I called at around 4:55pm and was told I will be updated on availability of the vet in 10 mins .. 40 mins later is when I had to call again to check if the vet would be visiting that when I was given the option of virtual consult and a in person visit in the morning. The core reason for urgency was the nose bleed and that we weren't able to ascertain it to an external injury alone. Hence the physical examination was crucial than the virtual consult. I highly any other pet parent would have agreed for a virtual consult in a situation like this. In past I have been happy with the service care and attention which I definitely now can say more so than a unit it was specifically Dr Devendra driven. While he was a part of ur system he understood the worries and anxiety of the pet parents for their pets. Respect is earned by an individuals words and actions... When your staff seems absolutely incapable to understand the urgency and critical attention that may be need of the hour...they are disrespectfulof the time they commit, the way they fail to understand the gravitas of the situation..I suggest a serious relook at how you want to build you clients and the level of the engagement. Again I highly I will reach to you again ever for any of my kids. Thank you and hope you do fix the loops in your system. Regards

Vet came home before time on request... diagnosis and treatment was just excellent for our pet 🐶 Goofy and he is back to all his masti and normal self. He was absolutely painless within an hour of the doc's visit and injections. Excellent follow up treatments medicines prescribed too. Dr. NURAL HASSAN sent was excellent... hight recommended. Thanks a ton for your good service and treatment 😊

They are Unprofessional, Unethical and fraud. A friend of mine had used this service for her dog at first they sent a doctor but in the second visit it was some random person who was definitely not a doctor. I tried to book online consulting for my Cat today and this is how they reacted, PLEASE BE AWARE OF SUCH FRAUDSTERS AND ONLY GO FOR GENUINE AND TRANSPARENT SERVICES. These people do not care about the animal, they don't even give you the name of the doctor who will visit, they first make you pay 400/- for ONLINE CONSULTING and then link you with any random person, this is definitely not accepted and also not trustworthy.

I had called anytime vetstore for my cat. But they are not at all professional. Not able to handle my cat n gave 3 injections for no reason. The person u had come seems to have no knowledge. It wasn’t able to inject properly. My cat wound kept on increasing. I personally had to take my cat to other vet. And was told that he got bites from other cat in veins. As per vestore, it was jus a normal wound and it will get healed in 2-3 days. I think they should have more professional team who knows how to pet and handle pets. Very disappointing

Very good service for home visits. Extremely gentle and playful with my kitten and administered vaccination and recommended medication for him. Extremely happy with the way everything was handled by Dr. Atanu and his assistant and would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking Vet consultation and services at home.
