Pet owner of Mickey - Had a very magical experience at ministry of pet - So our cat Mickey had several disease at once Dr. Dikshita Patil from day one started studying and giving proper treatment as it was critical case chance were 50-50 but doctor never stopped trying and now Mickey is very much fine we Would really recommend rather than going to big hospital and spending too much it will always be great if your visit here from our personal experience .. Thank you doctor for countless efforts and for still trying when we had no hopes. Grateful ✨
Was a good experience forsure you will get what a pet need they have a good range of pet toys and treats. Just one suggestion I am a new pet parent so I was very confused what toys or treats to buy so would have appreciated if someone would have stepped up and come forward when they see a customer 🙏

The service of ministry of pet is very bad. I wanted to get my dog's hair cut. I fixed their time for Sunday at 7 pm. I asked them how long the shop would be open. They told me that the shop would be open till 10 pm. On Sunday, I left Khopoli to go to Panvel. When they called me at 6.30 pm, they asked if I was coming. They said that we were coming . We were 20 minutes late due to traffic. When we reached, they said that it would not be possible anymore. They gave a very unconvincing reason that it would be open till 8 pm. If you give someone time first, the shop would be open till 10 pm. Then they say that it would not be possible anymore. People come after seeing your Google review. But these are liars. They cheat people who come from far away. We went from Khopoli with our dog and they cheated us because there was a lot of crowd here to buy things, so since they have profit there, they paid more attention there. We took their time from such a long distance and they did not value it. There are very strange people there. Please never go too far from them, trust them.
