My parrot fractured her wing, and this doctor insisted on surgery, giving us a 100% guarantee she’d recover and fly again. Despite other vets advising against it, we trusted her. Within 24 hours of the surgery, my baby was gone—her final moments spent vomiting the heavy medicines she was given. Please don’t take your pets here. False promises and careless treatment cost me my baby’s life. Worst doctor with zero empathy with her and her staff

Doctors are not sure about the exact issue , also asking me to visit daily with my pet and providing different medicine everyday. Still there is no betterment in the condition of my cat, he is getting weak and weak everyday. Today was my fifth day I’ve visited to the clinic and still the condition is very poor , they should have recognise the issue at the first day, again they asked me to come tomorrow and charging me everyday. Till now I am finding gods grace clinic very poor and not satisfied with the service . I am so worried about my pet , I don’t know what they are really doing . Think twice before visiting there.i have lost my pet that day. Now she is telling she suggested me some food. Excuse me ms vet, the first day I brought him to you, you are the one who told me to give the amount of food as per shopkeeper suggested me. Then you called me every time for no reason and charged me ,500/-,900/- for same basic tests. First you told me my pets temperature is 120 which is normal for pets, then after a week you told me that his body temperature is 110 , he have bit fever and then you injected him. You are the one who is not sure about your treatments. Who ever is reading this I m genuinely telling you all, if you love your pet, do not go to her #godsgraceclinic.

I brought my pet cat barfi here in helpless state..fearing for the worst. Dr snehal swiftly examined and did blood tests and supportive care was administered. Now my barfi’s health has improved soo much..she is almost back to normal all credits goes to dr snehal n her team of drs. Drs here r efficient n straight forward

I strongly advise against trusting this clinic or the doctor. I took my injured parrot there with a wing injury. The doctor recommended surgery and, when we asked if our parrot would survive, she reassured us, saying, "Yes, don’t worry — she will be fine within a month." We took the risk based on her confidence. After the surgery, the doctor prescribed more than five different medications per day — which is an excessive amount for such a small bird. Tragically, within just 24 hours of the surgery, our parrot passed away, likely due to overmedication. The clinic showed a complete lack of empathy and care. It felt like they were more focused on making money than truly caring for our pet’s well-being. They were careless and dismissive of our concerns and emotions. If you love your pet like a family member, I urge you — please do not take them to this clinic. You may end up losing them forever, just like we lost ours.

A True Lifesaver: Our Cat Kitty's Jaundice Recovery On 20/8/2025, We came to this clinic absolutely distraught. Our beloved cat, Kitty, was diagnosed with severe jaundice and was in a very critical condition. She handled him with such a gentle and nice approach, prescribing a diligent regimen of medication and twice-daily saline which was vital to his recovery. Her dedication and confidence gave us hope when we needed it most. Beyond the medical expertise, the atmosphere of the clinic made a huge difference. The entire staff were incredibly cooperative, kind, and professional. They helped make a very stressful situation manageable. Most importantly, thanks to the continuous care, our Kitty has made a full recovery. He is now very happy, completely alright, and back to his playful self! They saved Kitty's life, and their compassionate approach ensures both pets and owners feel supported. Thank you for everything!
