Highly unprofessional, when I called them to get an appointment for my pet cat, I was told to come during evening hours anywhere between 7 - 8pm. But upon showing up I was told that no doctor is available to attend the cat at this moment, Anyhow next day I decided to take the earliest appointment and went for his treatment, my cat health has got worst, I highly doubt if they are giving only the necessary medications or add more which isn't necessary for them, after the injection at clinic and medicine my cat has lost the life due to his health being worsen day by day, I'm raising 4 cats and 3 generations of them and I never had to walk up to clinic before, this was the first time I had to take my cat to the clinic and it turned into a sad and heartbreaking nightmare for me. I'm extremely disappointed and doubt that they are genuinely certified.
