I had a terrible experience with Dr. Patil Pet Care and would strongly advise others to stay away. Dr. Patil seems more interested in making money and selling pet products from his store next door than genuinely caring for animals. We took in a tiny stray kitten we rescued and wanted to adopt, hoping he would help us ensure her well-being. Instead, he cut her nails so badly that she bled, and he manhandled her without any care or compassion. He didn't bother to check for fleas or other basic health issues, which are essential for a rescued kitten. Instead, he was focused on pushing pet food and products from his shop. This is not the kind of care any pet deserves. I deeply regret trusting him with our kitten and will never return. If you truly care about your pets, look for a vet who genuinely puts animals' well-being first. This place is just about profit and not about caring for pets.

Want to share my experience with my two dogs for which I was frequently visiting dr PATIL’s clinic from 28th July to 25th September and another dog from 15th October to 25th October their is no proper service diagnosis for illness just come another day come regularly just doing dressing charging huge amount of money giving antibiotics pain killers nothing as such. Doing blood test for which other pathology charges 850/- dr Patil clinic charges 3000/- took from me. Disgusting doctors never ever recommend anyone to their hospital or clinic. They are careless people.looting people on name of animal clinic. Unfortunately I lost my both pets.

Dr. Patil is a good doctor but the lady doctor there doesn’t know her work properly. My kitten had a ear infection and dr. Patil was treating him but unfortunately he was unavailable and the lady doctor attended my kitten and while cutting my kittens hair she even cut his skin from scalp and gave a huge wound on his head, this is really unprofessional the apologies are not going to fix the wound or reduce the pain of that poor kitten. However, we would like to respectfully clarify a few important points regarding your pets’ treatment at our clinic. Throughout your visits, our doctors consistently advised further diagnostic procedures and advanced investigations that were medically necessary to understand the underlying conditions. These procedures are essential, especially in old dogs ( both dogs were above 13 Years age) to avoid complications and ensure timely intervention. As we had explained during consultations, certain advanced diagnostics and surgical facilities are not available in our clinic, and referral to a higher-centre was recommended multiple times for accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. Unfortunately, those referrals and recommended investigations were either delayed or declined due to personal reasons. These details were not included in your review, but they form an important part of the medical history. Our team has always followed ethical veterinary practices—providing treatment within the scope of available facilities, guiding pet parents transparently, and prioritizing the health and safety of every animal that comes to us. Regarding the billing concerns, all charges—including for laboratory tests (we are using IDEXX Vetlab machine the cost of reagent is higher as compare to other veterinary diagnostic machine) were communicated in advance, and the external diagnostic centres’ costs were clearly explained before proceeding. We understand that emotions run high during such difficult moments, but it is important to share the complete and accurate background so that misconceptions do not arise. We assure you that no member of our staff has ever intended to harm, misguide, or take advantage of any client.
