I was honestly very anxious about boarding my 2-year-old female indie for the first time. After speaking with Indrajeet at The Wagging Tail, I felt much more at ease. He is extremely knowledgeable about animals, understands their behaviour well, and gave us genuine reassurance before we made the decision. What truly stood out for me was the constant updates. Receiving pictures and regular check-ins about her behaviour, food intake, and potty walks made a huge difference. It was incredibly comforting to know how she was doing throughout her stay. The biggest plus point for me was the diligent walks, I know how important that is for Kiku, and it clearly helped her settle in better. The food provided was healthy and thoughtfully managed as well. Overall, it was a very reassuring experience, and I would definitely recommend them to fellow pet parents looking for a safe and caring boarding option.
