I am devastated to share that I lost my kitten due to the negligence of this vet clinic. My kitten was showing signs of illness, and when I took her to this clinic, the vet barely examined her and dismissed my concerns. They prescribed medication without explaining the diagnosis or the potential side effects. When my kitten's condition worsened, I called the clinic for advice, but they were unhelpful and told me to just wait it out. By the time I sought a second opinion, it was too late, and my kitten passed away. This clinic's lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inadequate care led to the loss of my beloved pet. Please think twice before bringing your pets here.
