PUPS has the best collection when it comes to supplies of our lovable pooches. Best part is Sandeep, the owner, is available throughout the day , and late night till 10:30 or so.. And himself is a pet lover. He has huge collection of cat supplies as well, which most pet stores lack. He gives advice and genuinely concerned on well being of fur babies, and stray animals. Do visit, and you will know the difference.

Was really happy interacting with Sandeep. Visited his store to pick up pet food. He was gracious enough to suggest feeding a sample first before actually starting with the same. Am really impressed with his knowledge and articulation. Highly recommended place for pet lovers.

This is a small pet store in Sector 1 Market in Vashi. The size is small but the variety of pet food is exceptional. The owner is well informed and is happy to help their customers with advice and information. If something one is seeking is unavailable then they go out of their way to procure it for their customer.

The person at the store is very much helpful and has good knowledge on how to help our pets in all possible ways. He also went out off the way to help out an injured cat at our place without expecting anything in return. They also have good discounted rate on petfood. I highly recommend them.

Also if some customization is required they even get that done on special and prior request. Overall my best best experience compared to any other pet store so far.
