The Prodcut and After Sales Service of this store is pathetic. I bought a packet of Persian adult cat food which turned out to be adulterated. Asked them to replace it but the staff is really arrogant and least bothered about replacing or refunding the product. Even after buying the product just few hours back they say that it is none of their concern if the product is adulterated or harmful for the pet and are not even ready to replace the product. They don't know how to speak politely and Very Arrogant Attitude of the Staff. Have attached pics for reference. Never buy from this Store.

My dog’s belly was full of scratches and bruises after grooming. These guys don’t allow you in while trimming, now I understand why.

Very nice grooming done for our Shih Tzu Honey. Proper time and care taken to do everything neatly & patiently. Good Vet also available which is an added advantage. Even Honey was very happy. :-)

They cut my labs hair too short. Until his head its normal and then suddenly there is no hair. Very horrible unprofessionally cut hair. And when asked why he cut it so small. He said thats the standard for labs. I have had labs in the past and none of the other groomers ever cut their hair this short. My dog is very uncomfortable and constantly licking his body. Parts of his body are red as well. Would definitely not recommend

Zero stars actually! Never ever going here ever again. I urgently needed to wash my pet, hence had to make a booking here instead of HUFT. Irrespective of the slot booking, we had to wait for half an hour and more for the groomer to arrive. The place was very unhygienic and the staff doesn't seem to know their work. My cat was very distressed and I regretted every second of going. I had read other reviews and yet went. DO NOT BRING YOUR FURRY BABIES HERE, NOT AT ALL!!! The groomer was on constant call whilst giving my pet a bath. Zero star rating, I say! Not even one! He didn't even wear ear muffs while blow drying! He handled my pet very harshly. When he handed over my cat after grooming, I noticed my cat's nail was bleeding. He didn't even notice it. Next day, my cat fell sick. He had acute gastroenteritis. Thankfully he is fine now after a week's antibiotic course! ZERO STAR! Worst grooming place!
