I would like to share a disappointing experience we recently had with the doctor at this clinic. We've been bringing our dog here for over two years and have always appreciated the care we received. Previously, the doctor was very soft-spoken and kind. However, since gaining more customers, his behavior has changed, and he has become quite rude. On Saturday, September 21st, 2024, we visited for a vaccination. Our dog has grown quite large and heavy, so it was difficult for us to lift him onto the table. I politely requested the doctor to administer the injection while our dog was on the ground, as lifting him was a challenge. To our surprise, the doctor responded with an inappropriate remark, saying, "Aisa kutta rahega to kaisa chalega," and refused to bend down to give the injection. This was unlike any previous experience we've had at this clinic. Unfortunately, after this incident, we no longer feel comfortable visiting this clinic, and we cannot recommend it to others based on the treatment we received.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they also have a pet doctor inside the shop, providing convenience and expert care for our beloved pets. It's truly a one-stop destination for all our pet needs. Highly recommend this pet shop for their wide range of supplies and on-site pet care services!

The pet shop is hands down the best pet store in Panvel. I was totally impressed by the in house doctor who neutered my cat with great care and aftercare as well. Mr. Bhavesh gives the best recommendations for your pet and truly cares for their well being Highly recommend for all your pet needs!
