Raviji is the best! He is extremely dedicated and this place always gives a good vibe and takes care of the kids very well! Many times my kids have come in a Bandanna or bow or some other accessory! We had an amazing experience at Fresh & Furry. Jyoti, one of the best pet grooming expert we came across who ensured our baby (Frosty) is comfortable with her before the grooming session. She was friendly, humble and has excellent skills in handling a fur baby. Our Baby is very choosy in terms of being comfortable with humans but with Jyoti it was different. We have visited more then 3-4 pet salons in Navi Mumbai in last 2 years and hands down Fresh and Furry is the best. Anyone who's looking to get their fur baby a spa or anything related to grooming should visit this place once for an amazing experience. I’ve been taking my dogs to Fresh n Furry for a long time, but the experience has gone downhill lately. I had a confirmed 3-5 PM slot for grooming both my dogs, but due to work I got stuck in Vashi and informed the owner that I was running late. Reaching Nerul took longer than expected, so I decided to go ahead with grooming one of my dogs who genuinely needed it urgently. Instead of showing understanding, the owner started throwing tantrums about “losing income,” which was extremely unprofessional. She seems far more money-minded now, yet the shop is often shut randomly and getting an appointment itself has become a struggle. What makes it worse is that she frequently takes multiple pets at the same time, but when it comes to her convenience, she lectures clients about managing time. If she really wanted to fit 3 other dogs (who apparently as per her judgement really needed grooming), she should have planned her schedule better instead of blaming customers. I don’t think it’s her place to decide whose dog “needs grooming more”. That was honestly the saddest part... seeing clear partiality from her side. I’ve always paid in full, even when grooming was incomplete... nails not trimmed properly, uneven fur cuts, and once a groomer even slapped one of my Dogs. I had informed her, and she simply ignored it. Despite these issues, not once did I negotiate or complain. Assuming customers are “free on weekdays” and lecturing them for coming on weekends is plain unprofessional. Instead of worrying about the well-being of the pets, she is more concerned about the lost income from one missed grooming slot. Trust is the biggest thing when it comes to our pets and unfortunately, that trust feels shaken now.

I have visited so many groomers for my cat but Jyoti is by far the best one I have found! She gives utmost care and attention to the pets that she grooms as if they are her own! What more can you ask for? She is extremely gentle with them. Her work is immaculate. The grooming space is super clean. I would 10 on 10 recommend Fresh n Furry!

Went there a couple of times with my boy Bruce. Jyoti is the most loving pet professional ever. The place is clean, big and comfortable for big dogs and they always shower our kids with return gifts, treats and love.
