He has no courtesy, manners or patience to talk to the pet parents. He is extremely unprofessional and rude. He gives unnecessary medications, tablets and IV fluids and when being questioned for the same he disrespects and argues with parents. l, being a medical student myself, asked him why a particular medicine is given to my dog and what side effects will it have on her health, he said 'why don't stay quiet and let me do my job?'. He also jammed the needle in my dog's back. And he also acts very strange around big or hyperactive dogs. I don't understand, why be a Veterinarian when you are afraid of dogs? P.S.: If you love your pet, please don't take it to this hell hole.

I lost my cat because of the carelessness and inhuman attitude of this veterinarian. When my pet was in a critical condition, I called the doctor—the same one who had previously treated him—and begged for urgent help. Instead of guiding or helping in any way, he coldly denied and told me to “take him somewhere else.” At a moment when I was already panicking and unable to process what was happening, he completely turned his back on me. He never tested my cat properly in the first place and prescribed medications without any real diagnosis. That neglect led to my cat’s condition worsening to the point where nothing could be done. He passed away due to jaundice, something that could’ve been managed if caught earlier. What’s worse is the lack of empathy or even basic responsibility. For a vet to act this way in an emergency shows how unfit he is to treat any living being. I trusted him as a last hope, and instead, he made everything worse. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your pet’s life. They deserve better.

I am deeply heartbroken and disappointed. The doctor I visited did not have proper experience with cats, and because of the wrong dose he prescribed, my Persian cat lost his life. My cat was already in a recovery stage, but the doctor advised me to give 2 ml of a blood-increasing medicine. I trusted his advice and gave the dose, but within minutes my cat suffered a severe panic attack. When I immediately contacted a professional veterinarian, I was told that the correct dose for my cat’s weight should have been only 0.75 ml. The overdose was too high, and because of that mistake, my cat could not survive. I am extremely depressed and regret taking my kitten to that clinic. My sincere request to everyone is: Please avoid visiting this clinic. Your pet’s life is precious.
