I adopted my shih tzu baby girl from Kaps pets. She is now 5 months old, and happy n healthy! Anil and his wife alka guided me with the entire process and were super helpful as I was a first time doggo mom. They are very passionate about dogs and it shows. I am grateful. Thank you. ☺️
This shop has wide variety of Petfood products with easy availability & customer service by Ajay who works there is simply great. He is too humble & cooperative, helpful & quick to manage & arrange deliveries on time. Product qualities are good with decent discounts (expecting little more discounts though). Also they take care of an old indie dog & stray cats outside their shop by feeding them which is empathic & compassionate efforts by Owners & staff ❤
Mrs. Alka is an incredibly kind, experienced, and polite person. No matter her situation, she always answered my calls, even once when she had a fever. I adopted my Golden Retriever, Taco, from this place, and I couldn’t be happier. He’s in excellent physical and mental health, (touchwood). If you’re unsure or can’t decide where to buy a pet from, this place is a no-brainer. Best part is their ongoing support even after the adoption. They are in touch with us, give free consultations, and regularly address any questions or concerns we have about raising Taco. They provide everything that is needed to raise a healthy pet.
If you are seeking excellent humanitarian touch towards buying pet decision than this is the go to place. I spoke to the owner,she is very knowledgeble,polite & patient communicator. I am yet in a contemplation whether to buy a pet or no due to certain family circumstances but the owner guided me very well thus will think through from every aspect,thanks to her. She doesn't sell them just as products she means absolute autheticity not just in pets breed but also knowledge.
