The worst service which they have .I am from dombivali .. whenever I call them some nilesh person was there he always tell no today come tomorrow when we will call you.. They are not providing service properly.. and I call the @3pm afternoon ti book the appointment for whenever today I get they said our shop will be closed @6pm and on Google time was 9pm And they said now we have 1 dog for service it will take 1 hrs and then we will go for lunch @ 4.30 pm and then shop will be closed so do one thing come tomorrow morning .. And always thay said this thing and after that will not called you they ignore you.. So I will not refer anyone to for your wasting time for them

I've been their with my 9 months old pug I want to share some points. 1) very very reasonable. 2) they charge 100 for nail and 100 for ear cleaning. 3) they charge 800 for hair shave and 500 for bath I've also meet Dr Suhas their he charges me only 100 for the deworming for my pet He is very friendly and suggested me everything I must say people should prefer going their i had a great experience. Kudos to the effort

Our Persian kitten's grooming session was a disaster on 04/01/2025 . The groomer recommended a zero-trim, which is not suitable for cats. The place was also unclean and smelled terrible. A nearby dog was tied with a short rope, which was disturbing.Even my kitten getting scared because of dogs barks. It's clear they prioritized profits over animal welfare. I advise pet owners to explore alternative options for their pet's grooming needs." Please think twice before bringing your furry friend here. "Especially Persian Cat. During our kitten's grooming session, the groomer took a phone call, compromising our pet's safety. This is unacceptable, as animals can get injured if they move suddenly.
