They make our dog condition bad and more painful after having a surgery since the doctor and staffs are unprofessional, Mr. Talekar never shows up at the clinic and is hard to contact in an emergency. this is just buisness for him, like some 2nd income generater thing. There is a female there who doesn't even know how to treat. They had no idea how to prescribe anything. They are unsure of their remarks and always give different advise than before makes us really confused and worried. Avoid this facility if you don't want your pet to suffer. And my humble request to Mr. Talekar, if you really are a good vet doc, then please focus on treatment and the staff or interns which you have, atleast guide them properly and if you are incapable to treat due to your time issues and pareller job please please please stutter it down. We get our pet to you guys for relief their pain not for any sort of timepass and make them suffer. We love them, don't play with their helth and our emotions.

Took my persian and a Siberian 9 months males for neutering. It's more like a shutter down shop than a hospital. Upon entering there many pet parents with their pets waiting for their turn. The place looked more like a shop than a clinic. I was worried if I've come to the right place, but to my surprise the things to get done were amazing. The junior doc took a look at my Siberian cat and took him to the operation table to give anesthesia. After which the doctor just casually came and did the operation in under 5 mins and took the other one immediately. The whole process was completed within half n hour for both the cats and we were free to go with our pets. If you're looking for a hygienic clinic with an acute professionalism, then this isn't a place for you. But when it comes to affordability, reliability as per doctor's experience, then this is it. Happy with the experience, just a suggestion to improve some hygiene and ask your juniors to wear surgical gloves whilst in an operation.

My cat was taken to New Hope Clinic for what was supposed to be a neutering. What followed was a nightmare that no pet or owner should ever have to experience. As neuter and vaccination was done same day The procedure was done very casually and no proper after-care instructions were explained. We were not clearly informed about: • The seriousness of post-operative monitoring • The absolute necessity of strict confinement • What warning signs to look out for • The risks involved if proper suturing and aftercare are not followed Within days, my cat developed severe post-surgical complications. Her stitches opened completely, leading to a life-threatening emergency where her intestines came out of the surgical site. This was horrifying and traumatic. We had to rush her to another hospital for emergency surgery, ICU care, and prolonged hospitalization all of which cost us enormous emotional, physical, and financial stress. The doctors at the emergency hospital confirmed that this level of complication points to poor surgical closure and/or inadequate post-operative guidance. This was not a rare or unavoidable complication it was a failure of responsibility. A neutering surgery is one of the most basic procedures in veterinary practice. If a clinic cannot ensure proper surgical care and clearly educate pet parents on aftercare, they should not be performing these things

I took my 1 year old female cat for a spay. She was also not vaccinated, hence the doctor suggested to vaccinate her and then do the spay, all this the same day. This happened on Dec 27, 2025. Uptill 31st afternoon everything was good and by 1st night we saw her stitches coming out and all of sudden her intestines came off. We quickly taped her and rushed to other emergency veterinary hospital for an emergency surgery. Later days, the doctor asked if she was vaccinated and spayed the same day? And to our shock we were told that it is absolutely not idle to vaccinate + spay on the same time. Due to this her wounds were not healing and the stitches came off due to weak immune and inflammation. Also, in the New Hope clinic no one guided us on whether to go for this or not. And once the spay was done what all guidelines needs to be followed and look what me and my family is going through. Highly negligence, Unacceptable and Life-threatening situation. Please do your own research and first consult. Animals cannot speak but as a pet parent we all must be well aware.
