Extremely Disappointed — My Cat Lost Her Life Due to Negligence I took my cat to this clinic yesterday. She was already very weak and had completely lost her appetite. Since I was unavailable due to an emergency, my mother and a friend accompanied her for the appointment. After initial tests, the vet mentioned that stool was stuck in her intestines and said an enema would be given. She was also put on IV due to her weakness. My mother and friend waited there for over 3 hours. When my mother asked if the enema had been done, Dr. Akruti said there was no stool stuck and that it wasn’t needed — despite my mother insisting otherwise, they refused to proceed. Around 2:10 p.m., my friend was asked to make the payment and take my cat home. They were given medicines that would supposedly clear her stomach only if she ate — even though we had clearly informed them that she had completely lost her appetite. Within just 5 minutes of making the payment, I received the reports. My mother and friend were still there for another 20 minutes afterward, yet no one bothered to explain the findings. The X-ray clearly showed stool blockage and gas buildup, which likely caused her loss of appetite. It is the basic duty of a vet to explain such reports then and there, especially when the patient is already so weak and critical. If they could share the report within minutes of payment, they could have at least taken the time to explain it properly — instead of denying the issue and misleading us. She was literally taken there to be treated, but they simply did not treat her. Because of their careless and irresponsible approach, my cat lost her life the very next day. It’s heartbreaking to know that timely and honest treatment could have saved her. They truly deserve to experience the same pain and helplessness they put others through.

Just a small feedback. When doctors advise something that is new to pet parents, a brief explanation on how to use or apply it would be very helpful. Not everyone is aware of these things, and we rely on the doctor’s guidance. This has happened twice now, especially with Dr. Nikita, and it has been a little disappointing. As a pet parent who regularly brings my cats to your clinic, this reflects the trust I have in your team.

Exceptional veterinary clinic with clean facility and great team. Vets are very thorough in explaining anything and everything. All of the front desk and staffs truly care about your pet and try to make everyone as comfortable as possible. I have been taking all my community dogs and my pets here and let me tell you they have always been handled with utmost care. I am so thankful for all they have done for all my rescues. Will definitely recommend Blue cross vets clinic. Dont forget to take prior appointment before visiting.
