Idris Ji is top class gromer...i have take my Shih Tzu to many parlours but was never satisfied.....He did everything so perfectly i was totally amazed.....My Nimke looks like a Doll ...He was extremely Careful Caring and Patient....Pls call him without any hesitation for any type of Pet services.I highly recommend him.
He does not seem to be a professional groomer. He used a very dirty brush to clean my cat’s teeth. Later, when I confronted him, he said he did not use that brush. He did not bring a cleaning bed. He did not know when to stop and allow the cat to calm down; instead, he kept continuing the grooming and touched areas where my cat was clearly uncomfortable. He did not do the trimming properly and did not clean the ears properly either. My kitten was so stressed that she literally pooped. He did all the grooming in the washroom with the door almost closed, and I was not able to see whether he actually brushed her teeth or not. She was panicking, hissing, and extremely stressed throughout the session. Her hair is very unevenly trimmed, and she does not look like she was groomed by a professional. Her nose still looks dirty, ears hair are not trimmed as well. Please refer the pictures on how unevenly he has trimmed the hairs!
