My Grooming experience with them is terrible. I took my pet few months ago and the groomer couldn’t handle my dog(he is a golden retriver and very gentle). Instead of owning up to his mistake he was cursing the dog and getting frustrated by him. Today we had an appointment for grooming again since the owner assured us that the groomer has a helper now and has improved. On reaching we were told to wait, and upon further asking for the delay, they were misbehaving and talking in a rude manner. We were not at all informed about the delay by any mode of communication. Such behaviour is highly unacceptable. Never visiting their shop again for anything and would urge everyone to do the same.

Enjoy pet hub and kennel is not a recommend place to buy any pet because of the underlying reasons :- 1. Firstly, their charges are exorbitant. I had gone for purchasing a lapu female dog from them on the 16th of July . They quoted me Rs 25000/- for a 3 month old Lapo puppy at their shop. After some haggling they sold me the puppy for 18,000/-. Just think, why should any honest pet shopkeeper quote such a high price and finally sell it for 7000/- lesser amount...... I see no logic other than his sole intention of cheating customers who are not aware of the market price in Nasik. Secondly, the owner of the shop tells me that the puppy has been given one vaccine and deworming and remaining vaccination he will do on payment. However, even after 3 days of reminding him, he has not provided me the photo of vaccination label which was administered to my puppy by him. So guys, beware of this petshop. They have No business ethics , no after sales responsibilities and their one and only motto is profiteering by charging exorbitant rates and forcing customers to get their pets vaccinated at their shop.
