The services that I received at Sai Pet Care for my Labrador, Cookie was very excellent. Dr. Ware and the team are friendly to all the animals who visit them because of that my Cookie easily mingle at their clinic. They explained everything to me in a very clear manner about her health. They are very helpful and kind. Cookie was suffering from lot of pain before visiting Dr Ware, but since we arrived here from the 1st day she started responding to his treatment positively. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for all animals, as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend to take your pets to him! Excellent clinic for pets. Dr Pranav is very knowledgeable and caring. He is a very down to earth person and explains you each and every nitty grittier associated with your pets ailments and health. All the staff and a big shout out to Sandy has been a superb help and support at the clinic. The doctor is very experienced and nice he game my cat the vaccine with so much precision that my cat didn't even notice and was calm all the time and the service is very affordable too also they have a discount sale going on right now so all the pet accessories and snacks are on 50 percent off so you can buy those for way cheepr than what u get at other stores

Everything is not money when actual humanity or professional ethics towards pets is zero percent. We had all vaccination at Sai pet care for last 9 yrs. But actual evaluation of Doctors service is done at hard times. Inspite of sharing video of my pet condition and pleading staff and doctor on phone at 10pm for providing emergency critical care to pet to stabilize convulsions as he was diabetic or guide us as we were 15 km away from clinic and required 30 mins to reach clinic, Doctor stopped picking calls and not even made an attempt to call back after initial discussion. This indicates level of affection or service nature towards pets. We lost our loving pet in front of our eyes. Well done Dr and team for exhibiting inefficiency during urgency and making us realize our mistake . Sharing experience for others awareness as pet parent.
