Cessna Lifeline Veterinary Hospital, Navi Mumbai

No point of booking an appointment here because they will anyways function on a first come first serve basis. I had an appointment of 4 pm and reached by 3:55 had to wait till 4:40 for a simple 10 min check up for my dog. What was the purpose of my appointment if people just walk in and go in before me???

Do NOT take your pet to Cessna if you care about their life. I’ve experienced multiple instances where taking my cats to this hospital has cost them their life. It is absolutely heart breaking but in urgent cases this is the only open hospital due to which we’ve had to take them here. - Last night we got our cat for an emergency and they gave 3 injections to him on “his neck”. After taking him back home, in 4 hours he passed away. They took a “consultation fee” of ₹3000. Injections and medication worth ₹4500. Kept him in ice all night since the cemetery was shut and charged us ₹1000 and so many additional charges on top of this. They charged us SO MUCH made a big bill and it cost us our baby’s life. We cross-checked with another vet and they said that it’s unusual to give injections on the neck and that was not right. It’s not fair that they would do just anything to pretend they’re saving our baby but they’re actually not well equipped or knowledgeable to take the right action. - I lost my other cat 5 years back after I got him neutered at Cessna. He was sick for a month after the surgery and these people said it was normal. However, after recovery he abruptly passed away from a heart attack. - I took 3 kittens whose umbilical cord got tangled in their mom’s tail. These people at Cessna cut the cords so close to the babies that two of them started bleeding and in 2 days all the babies passed away. I’ve given multiple chances to this hospital in dire need to save my cats but EVERY SINGLE time this has cost us their lives. I would never take my pets here even if it’s an emergency— I know as a matter of fact that these guys just want to make money and don’t give two shits about the pets. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. Stay safe!

We first took Mittens to Cessna Lifeline Navi Mumbai to get a lump checked. The doctors ran all the necessary tests, explained our options clearly, and recommended the best course of treatment. We went ahead with her surgery, and from the moment we brought her home, chaos followed. She was far from cooperative, and we had to take her back to the hospital almost every day. Within five minutes of one visit, she was back again. One night she tore at her cage, determined to remove her e-collars, and actually succeeded. Through every frantic moment, the staff never lost patience. They even kept Mittens for an extra day while we figured things out. The doctors and team are kind and calm, the hospital is open 24/7, and the app keeps everything transparent. It is expensive, but I don’t know what I would have done without them. Thanks to their care, Mittens got a second chance at life. Thank you Cessna! Special thanks to Dr. Varsha, Dr. Karan, Dr. Priya, Dr. Parin, Dr. Sowjanya, Dr. Priyanka and team; at this point i believe the whole staff was involved in making sure mittens is good and healthy

A really a good hospital. The doctors treated my pet with great care and explained the treatment clearly and patiently. The staff was kind and supportive made me and my pet feel safe. The hospital was very clean and well organized and safe for pets. They provided a proper guidance during and after the treatment and always were ready to help with doubts

End of july we visited Cessna with our cute angel Bree who was not eating from last one day & vomited. DR.PARIN checked her & blood test done and my daughter and me broke down in tears when she told us that Bree is PARVO VIRUS POSITIVE.She started her iv drip & necessary treatment, antibiotics & day to day necessary blood test done. Isolation suggested in home we followed each and every thing doctors suggested…took her hospital whenever they suggested once or twice we followed and after 1 month of treatment on 27th july we were so happy when DR.PARIN told us that Bree’s test is negative & now no need of isolation.Really thankful to Dr. PARIN and others on duty doctors and staff who saved our little angel.
