Customer service is poor. I visited store today and the store attendee was talking on call all the time. Me and my sister waited for her to finish call and attend us and tell the price of cat bows we wanted to purchace. Even billing was slow too. After that bows we got were damaged peices so I told her so. But instead of helping us she was frustrated to exchange it for us and adding for that she made us put it where they were in first place .... so basically she made us to do her work too
They don't have many supplies for dogs and cats.. it's just mostly the brands local people prefer or roya canin.. I went there to get Matisse kitten food but it wasn't available with them.. I had to go to the main store near the college road.. twice or thrice so yeah... besides this everything is good.. you'll get the basic amenities expected
